I hope these forums are used for discussion ofthe Zori program!
We are happy to answer questions regarding compilation.
With the help of some friends, we are preparing Gentoo and Debian/Ubuntu/Knoppix/Quantian packages for you! That will entail prepackaged binaries ready to use!
We hope to have them soon, because HDF5 1.6.4 was released and this simplifies a lot the compilation process.
